NDIA DVC Naval Nuclear Submarine and Aircraft Carrier Supplier Conference

NDIA Delaware Valley Chapter (NDIA-DVC) will hold its 3rd annual Naval Nuclear Submarine and Aircraft Carrier Suppliers Conference, a premier event focused on supply chain challenges and opportunities in the U.S. Navy’s Virginia and Columbia class submarines, and Ford class aircraft carrier shipbuilding programs. The program will also provide information on related international initiatives. 

This event will again convene experts to effectively translate congressional mandates outlined in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) into actionable responses by industry partners. It provides critical collaboration opportunities for the Navy, Shipbuilders, and Industry stakeholders to enhance their understanding of current construction plans, status, and priorities to assist in aligning industry capacity and capability.

Our team will arrange business meetings with potential customers, distributors, and partners, all specific to your company, delivering a customized program just for you. There is no participation fee for eligible, appropriate Delaware small businesses. Interpreters for the Dominican Republic, cars/drivers to take you to your meetings, and professional staff in these countries are all provided at no cost to you. Travel assistance is available to help with a portion of your travel costs for those companies selected for this exciting business trip.

Access American Education Student Fairs in Vietnam – Spring 2024

The U.S. Commercial Service Global Education Team and Access American Education (AAE) invites you to a “Vietnam Education Market Brief and Access American Education’s Student Fairs – Spring 2024” Vietnam is the 5th largest sender of international students to the United States.  The United States is Vietnamese students’ and parents’ first choice when planning to study abroad.  Vietnamese students are interested in learning about majors, the school campus environment, scholarships, academic requirements, and internship/job opportunities when evaluating schools.  Vietnamese students are interested in a range of U.S. study opportunities, including boarding schools, community colleges, undergraduate, and graduate programs. TradeWinds: Access Europe and Eurasia

Join us in Istanbul for the largest U.S. government-led trade mission and business development forum. Organized by the U.S. Commercial Service, Trade Winds will feature meetings with U.S. commercial diplomats from over 25 countries in Europe and Eurasia, exciting conference programming, and plenty of networking. Qualified U.S. businesses may customize their experience with optional business-to-business matchmaking meetings with pre-screened buyers, agents, distributors, or joint-venture partners in Türkiye (May 15) as well as Denmark or Romania, (May 9-10) and Poland, Italy or Kazakhstan (May 16-17).

STEP Grant funds may be available to assist eligible Delaware small businesses with participation in Tradewinds: Access Europe and Eurasia. STEP Grant funds, if available, may be used to assist Delaware small businesses with the B2B matchmaking portion of Tradewinds only.  Travel expense assistance for one representative per company may also be available.
